A: I have been reliable informed that
it has a global meaning of “Frequently Asked
Questions” We have tried to think of the most
popular or annoying questions that are asked by our
wonderful customers. The list is separated into product
groups. If you have a question that does not feature
here e-mail
it to us and if it is good enough we will first
answer than add it to the list.
General Questions
Q: Can I have my Truck or Trolley tomorrow?
A: In most cases you can have your Truck
or Trolley today if you come and pick it up. We keep
over 75% of our standard products in stock for immediate
dispatch. We have our own vehicles plus three different
carriers calling every day. Our sales staff is experienced
in ensuring you get your truck or trolley when you
want it.
Q: That's the trolley I want; but can I have it
1000mm longer, wider, higher, and bright pink with
bigger wheels, etc?
A: Of course you can. Although we manufacture
all our Trucks and Trolleys in quantity, so a special
design will always cost a little more and take a little
longer to deliver.
Q: I have a problem in my process that a Truck
or Trolley will solve. Will you visit my premises
to look at what we're trying to do, talk to us about
the situation, and suggest some solutions?
A: Yes, of course we will. We'll first
ask you some questions to see if we can recommend
something over the phone. And if we can't, one of
our sales team will call to arrange a visit. The problem
will be brought back to our experienced design team
who'll offer a product that will solve your handling
problem.
Q: I can buy this cheap import, so why should I
buy yours?
A: If price is your only criterion,
then buy it. But ask yourself “is just good
enough really good enough?” Walden's give you
a high-quality product manufactured in this country
by skilled engineers paid at UK rates with all the
extras.
All the components we fit are manufactured
in the EU; and the designs tried and tested over many
years.
All this goes to give you a trolley that
conforms to all health and safety standards and will
stand the test of time. If you require something a
little different, we can manufacture small quantity
